Requirements
- M.Sc Nursing or B.Sc Nursing with 3+ years teaching experience
- Registered with Indian Nursing Council / WB Nursing Council
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical, paediatric, or community health nursing
- Excellent clinical and classroom teaching abilities
- Research publications preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and clinical instruction to GNM/B.Sc Nursing students
- Supervise clinical postings in partner hospitals
- Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans and lab exercises
- Mentor students and assess academic progress
- Participate in faculty development programmes and research
