Requirements
- MBA or equivalent with 2+ years in campus placement / HR
- Strong industry network in Eastern India
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data management and reporting proficiency
Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement drives across PMK Group institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters
- Prepare students for interviews through mock sessions
- Manage placement data, statistics, and reports
- Organise industry visits, guest lectures, and webinars
